Assignment Description
Lesson Overview:
In today’s class, students will present their Nativity Mosaic projects and practice clear, thoughtful artistic narration.
We will then begin Unit 5: Form & Figure with a focused introduction to Form: how two-dimensional shapes are transformed into three-dimensional forms using value and shading.
Students will complete an in-class sketchbook exercise turning basic shapes into 3D forms.
This is a fully in-class lesson with no homework.
