•For today's project development, you will begin thinking about the "why?" of its importance.
•Answer the following questions on a piece of paper:
-Why does your chosen topic matter?
-How did it contribute to the events of the Revolutionary War?
-How does this topic affect our understanding of American history and our own present identity as Americans?
-How will your project style (crafted model, presentation, etc.) help yourself and others to better understand these ideas?
•Be sure to incorporate some of the information you researched last Friday. If you have trouble connecting your research to the "why?" then you may need to some more research and thinking with your parents.
•Bring these answers to class for discussion.
