Unit 6: Summarizing Multiple References

By today, you should have Key Word Outlines (KWOs) on 3 topics. If you have not fused them yet, this is the time to do so.

Fuse the topic outlines: From each of your source outlines, pick the facts that you want to talk about in each of those paragraphs (you get one paragraph per topic). Once you've picked facts from all three sources, write them down in the KWO format (bullet points). This will leave you with one 'Fused KWO' per topic (3 in total).

Put your three KWO's in one piece of paper. This will be your paper outline. It will look something like this:
