Literacy Esssentials in Class

tan, ten, tin, but, day, & up were introduced from List D. Students practiced writing each word on lined paper.New 2-letter phonemes were introduced as well: ay, ai, & ie.Students identified verbs and nouns from our spelling word list D. Students came up with their own sentences with verbs and nouns. We then reviewed all of our spelling words up to this point leaving out List A because it has already been tested on. You may still continue to review it at home though!We emphasized List B to prepare for the writing test this Thursday!
