Practice all of List A and List B
Here are a few ways you can practice:
Practice basic reading fluency by just pointing to the word and having them say each one.
Practice understanding of the markings by asking about/explaining them on each word.
Practice dictating the words while your student writes them from memory with the correct markings.
I have attached List A and B with markings on previous assignments that you can use for this or you can find List A and B without markings as well in resources.
