Assignment Description
- Look at the attached Latin alphabet. What differences do you notice between the Latin and the English alphabets?
- Without listening to a recording, try to pronounce the letters. Afterwards, go into the Wheelock's link in this assignment and listen through the English and Latin pronunciation of the letters. Go through all the letters, repeating after the recording, three times.
- Watch the attached YouTube video on Latin vowels.
- Continue onto the next Wheelock's link on "Vowels".
- Write an English/Latin word for each short and long vowel.
