Chapter 5 Standardized Test, page 297: problems 1, 2, 4, 5
TEST INSTRUCTIONS:
Students must label each problem on a separate sheet of paper and clearly circle their answers. Please write clearly and legibly, and distinguish between problems from the Chapter Test on page 296 and the Standardized Test on page 297.
My recommendation is that the students do not need to reference any other pages or notes in order to take this exam. Parents, please sign at the top of the test to indicate that you proctored the exam.
Please take a clear picture or scan all papers (JPG or PDF) used for the test and email me the pictures at WJGERMAN1992@GMAIL.COM by midnight at the end of Friday 12/19.
