1 - Taxation Without Representation - Intro

•Review Test from previous unit.
•Review the causes/effects of French & Indian War (Colonists started it, fought on behalf of the Colonists, fought in the territory of Colonies, so Britain decided they should have to pay for it through taxation.
•Introduction to the new unit:
•Lesson Plan till Christmas: Unit 2 - Part 1A
•3 Weeks, 6 In-Class, 9 At-Home, Total of 15 lessons.
•Begins 12/01, Ends 12/19 (Test Day)
•Entire unit will concern the period of increasing taxation of the colonies by Britain, leading up to the Declaration of Independence and Revolutionary War.
