- Research it and bring information to give to the class. What ingredients does it have? What areas of the country is it typical to? Does it use native ingredients or relies on ingredients that were at some point imported?
- What does it look like? Are there pictures?
- Bring enough information to talk about on Wednesday since you'll have quite a bit of time off.
- If you did not bring a spanish phrase using ir and the future, work on it for Wednesday
