Unit 3 - Lesson 1 - At Home

Students should finish using a highlighter to mark Washington's Farewell Address where they find words/phrases that suggest a theme of "unity".
Students should perform one map exercise by looking at the map while they draw it. They should keep all attempts at drawing their map, and write the date on each attempt.
Students should review their study guide for opportunities to fill in blanks from class discussions/activities and Land of Hope Reading reading.
