Faith & Philosophy
My husband and I both grew up in the church with my parent's as itinerate ministers and my husband's parents pastoring a church. Faith in Jesus is very important to us, and we feel so honored to be raising our famliy in the ways of the Lord. We are personally have been planted at The Belonging Co. church for 9 years, additionally, my husband works there as a music director for the Franklin campus.
We strongly value Christian classical education and long for our children to get as much discipleship as possible while also learning from a biblical worldview.
We teach them a biblical worldview daily through real life moments, reading of the word of God. They also attend church weekly as well as Awana club once a week.
For our oldest, my hope would be that a slower pace would lower stress for her and give her more time to do things inside of her heart vs. being stuck in a classroom all day everyday. For our middle child, my hope would be that she would continue to grow in her academics while getting a strong reinforcement of her faith. For our youngest, I would love to see him learn all the fun things that Kindergarteners get to absorb while growing in phonics especially and just see him flourish in the school setting.

Very kind and respectful, applies herself, loves Jesus with everything, enjoys music, stories, playing basketball, violin, time with friends
She is a rule follower and will try her hardest to do what's best. She is classic 1st child... very responsible.

She is strong and curious, loves adventure, dancing, drawing, anything artistic, big helper, follows instructions well with clear instruction and boundaries
She loves to learn and has a natural ability to spell and works hard to learn whatever might challenge her.
She sometimes needs a 2nd reminder as to why she's being disciplined, she bounces back very fast but takes it to heart when clearly communicated why we don't do those things etc.
She is drawn to the outsider, very empathetic but also can be very direct and strong willed.

Entering Kindergarten
loves being with his sisters, playing sports, building with magnetiles, dinosaurs and cars are king.
He enjoys learning especially with others, sometimes needs pushed when he is capable but doesn't want to do something, follows along easily
He is so responsive to correction and discipline, truly a sweet snuggle buddy.
He was speech delayed as a 2 year old but has majorly caught up and thriving!
